Speed & Agility (two 5-week sessions)
Our speed and agility class is for players looking to get a better handle of their body and feet. At JIGS Soccer Academy, we believe that ball control is difficult without body control. Players will engage in specific exercises to help the mind communicate with the body more effectively, which will ultimately translate to better ball control.
Session 1: Starts week of December 3rd
Session 2: Starts week of February 4th
